Great Britain Under-18s have just completed a two-day camp ahead of March’s World Championship (Division 2A) tournament in Dumfries.
The competition will be the second IIHF tournament to be held at Dumfries Ice Bowl in the 2013-14 season.
It follows the Under-20 Division 1B tournament where GB 20s remained in the group with some excellent performances, including victory over top seeds France and a final-day win against Japan.
And all eyes are now on the Under-18s, who will look to win promotion to Division 1B.
GB U18s head coach, Martin Grubb, said: “We have a great group of players to work with, so there will be some tough choices.
“There are quality players throughout and they are a great group of guys. I look forward to picking a squad for the tournament in Dumfries.”
The six-team tournament takes place from 24th to 30th March and GB will host Croatia, Korea, Lithuania, Netherlands and Romania.
