Junior round-up: Fife and Solway double-header could decide U20 title

The Scottish U20 League is set for an exciting finish, with three sides still hoping to finish top of the pile.

Fife Falcons and Solway Sharks are locked together on 18 points, with Kilmarnock only two points behind in third place.

The Falcons have a game in hand on the other pair, but their upcoming home and away double-header against the Sharks could well decide the destination of this season’s title.

There’s a two-way fight for honours in the U16 league, with Murrayfield currently leading Fife Flames by four points.

However, Fife have three games in hand on the leaders and will fancy their chances of overhauling the Edinburgh-based side.

Dundee Stars still lead the way in the U14 league having won all 12 matches this season, while Belfast Junior Giants are just two points behind.

Murrayfield, Kirkcaldy Redskins and Kilmarnock Tornadoes are separated by just two points heading into the final few games of the U12 campaign.

All three sides have games to come against their title rivals, meaning it’s all to play for as the season reaches a thrilling conclusion.
