Junior round-up: Leagues shaping up nicely as new year begins

It’s tight at the top of the Scottish U20 League heading into 2018, with just two points separating the top four.

Fife Falcons and Solway Sharks are level on 12 points at the top of the table, with Kilmarnock and Dundee Stars two points adrift.

The U16 section also looks set for an exciting second half to the campaign, with three points covering the top four sides.

Kilmarnock and Murrayfield lead the way with 13 points ahead of Fife Flames (11) and Dundee Stars (10).

Dundee Stars and Belfast Junior Giants look set to contest the U14 title, with both sides still unbeaten. North Ayr Stars and Murrayfield complete the top four.

Murrayfield are top of the U12 standings, five points clear of Kirkcaldy Redskins and Dundee Stars. Kilmarnock Tornadoes and Lanarkshire are a further point behind.
