Scottish Ice Hockey proposes five-day junior training camp led by Tony Hand

The Scottish Ice Hockey Association is hoping to host a five-day training camp in 2018 led by Great Britain ice hockey legend Tony Hand.

The proposed event would be staged at Dundee Ice Arena from Monday 6th to Friday 10th August and would be open to players up to the age of 18.

The current GB national development head coach would be joined GB U16 coach Natalie Aldridge and numerous other coaches who would oversee off-ice training, classroom sessions and a maximum of 3-1/2 hours ice time for each player.

Costs have been calculated at £275 per person, with 40 places available on a first come, first served basis.
