On Friday, Thunder faced off against Kirkcaldy Kestrels on home ice, clinching an 8-4 victory. Connor McNulty led the charge with a hat-trick, contributing significantly to Thunder’s win. Then Sunday, Thunder took on Dundee Comets in a double point game, emerging victorious with a score of 5-2.

Dundee Comets, on the other hand, dropped a place to finish 5th in the league with 30 points.

The Aberdeen Lynx, champions of the league, faced off against their top contender, the Edinburgh Capitals, in their final league match of the season. Both teams were eager to establish superiority ahead of their upcoming clash in the Scottish Cup finals. However, the Capitals surged ahead with three goals in the opening period. Though each team scored once in the second period, the home team rallied in the final period, narrowing the gap. Nonetheless, the Capitals held on to their lead, winning 4-3.
