Great Britain U18 slip to two defeats in Hungary

Great Britain U18 have got off to a disappointing start at the World Championship (Division 1B) tournament in Hungary.

GB were beaten 3-2 by Slovenia in their opening game and followed up with a 5-3 defeat against Japan in their second match.

Alex Graham and Ed Bradley were on target against Slovenia in a performance full of promise, but penalty trouble hit GB hard in game number two.

Mason Alderson, Sam Talbot and Graham were on the scoresheet against Japan.

GB return to action on Wednesday when they face hosts Hungary (face-off 6.30pm UK time).
