The Scottish National League title race rolls on this weekend, with the four main contenders all in action.
Kirkcaldy Kestrels and Murrayfield Racers currently lead the way with 20 points, while Dundee Comets and Paisley Pirates are just a point further adrift.
This weekend’s standout game is undoubtedly the clash between the Kestrels and Comets at Fife Ice Arena on Sunday.
The two sides have faced each other three times this season in league and cup competitions, with the Comets winning one and the other two games drawn.
The Racers are currently favourites to finish top of the pile, with Tony Hand’s side having games in hand on all of their title rivals.
They visit Kilmarnock Thunder on Saturday, before returning to home ice to face Aberdeen Lynx the following day.
Murrayfield are yet to play Kilrmarnock this term, but they have met Aberdeen on three previous occasions.
The Racers won both meetings in the Stuart Robertson Cup earlier in the season, and added a third victory in the reverse league fixture during December.
Paisley Pirates could complete a clean sweep of victories over Solway Stingrays when they face each other on Saturday.
The Pirates have won their three previous league and cup meetings this season by an aggregate score of 32-2 and they will be confident of making it four at Braehead Arena.
The remaining game in the SNL this weekend sees Dundee Tigers host North Ayrshire Wild on Saturday.
