Dundee Comets were crowned as SNL champions on Sunday, but they were pushed all the way by title rivals Paisley Pirates.
Paisley set up the final game showdown with a hard fought 4-2 victory over Kirkcaldy Kestrels on Saturday.
Dundee led 1-0 at the end of the first period, but Paisley battled back to make it 3-3 at the 40 minute mark.
The Pirates edged in front in the final session, before the home side hit back to make it 5-4 with just over seven minutes to play.
The visitors levelled again, but a goal 52 seconds from time looked to have sealed the game for Dundee.
Paisley made it 6-6 with 32 seconds remaining, but Dundee held on to secure the title on goal difference.
The two sides will meet again in the Scottish Cup Final at Fife Ice Arena on Saturday, 21st April.
