Scottish Ice Hockey is proud to announce our first-ever Generate Event for Women’s Ice Hockey — a brand new addition to the SIH Generate Program, following the success of similar events for our junior and recreational sections.

Taking place at the Linx Ice Arena in Aberdeen on Saturday 31st May, this evening event is designed to bring women players together from across the country in a fun, inclusive, and competitive environment.

The SIH Generate Program is all about encouraging participation, building confidence, and giving players a chance to enjoy the game in a supportive setting. With a draft-style team format, we aim to ensure balanced matchups and a great experience for everyone on the ice.

🏒 What to Expect:

• Draft Teams: Teams of 10 skaters and 1 goalie
• Tournament Format: Balanced games based on ability, age, and size
• Fast-Paced Hockey: 90-second buzzer shifts and minimal stoppages to maximise ice time
• Open Entry: Players of all ages and experience levels welcome – a basic level of skating and game awareness is required

💷 Entry Fee: £20 per player

Your registration includes full participation in the event, with multiple games and plenty of ice time throughout the evening.
