Everyone connected with the Scottish Ice Hockey Association was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday 8th September 2022.

Following a SIHA Committee meeting on Friday morning, and following current guidance, the committee members have agreed to proceed with the regular season fixtures at both Junior and Senior Levels as planned this weekend.

As a mark of respect, all games this weekend will be preceded by a two-minute silence followed by the playing of the national anthem.

A further announcement will be made regarding any fixtures on the day of the State Funeral.
