Scottish Ice Hockey is excited to welcome ten of the nation’s top recreational teams to Dundee Ice Arena for the SIH Recreational Scottish Cup, taking place on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th May.
This vibrant two-day event celebrates the spirit of recreational hockey — competitive on the ice, but all about camaraderie and fun. With 23 games scheduled from 9am each day, there’s plenty of action to catch, and entry is completely free. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or just looking for a great day out, it’s the perfect way to enjoy the game in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Off the ice, visitors can explore Dundee’s local attractions or unwind with refreshments between games.
We’re also proud to support Maureen’s Helping Hand, a local charity collecting comfort items for hospital and hospice patients. Donations of adult PJs (all sizes), budget crocs, adult slippers/slipper socks, and puzzle books (like sudoku or crosswords) will be gratefully received at the collection point throughout the weekend.
Come along, enjoy some hockey, and support a great cause
