The Scottish National League (SNL) returns after an enforced absence with five fixtures scheduled this weekend.
Table-topping Aberdeen Lynx are in action twice, hosting Dundee Tigers on Saturday before visiting North Ayrshire Wild the following day.
Lynx lost 5-3 at Paisley Pirates in their last match before the break and will be keen to bounce back on home ice.
Tigers were defeated 3-2 after overtime in their last outing at Paisley and are expected to make life tough for Lynx.
Wild made a sticky start to the season, losing four of their first five matches, but they could prove troublesome.
Dundee Comets will be eager to make up for lost time when they host Belfast SNL Giants on Sunday.
The NIHL Moralee Cup finalists have played just once in the SNL this term, winning 14-7 at Kilmarnock Thunder during December.
Thunder are also in action the previous day as they welcome the Giants to the Galleon Centre.
The two teams have each picked up two points this season and will be hoping to double their tally for the campaign.
The fifth fixture this weekend sees title hopefuls Paisley and Kirkcaldy Kestrels go head-to-head on Sunday.
Both sides lost their opening game of the campaign, but they have gone unbeaten since then.
